IMPLEMENTATION
Implementation is fully comprehensive and includes Environment Provisioning, Discovery, Integration, Configuration, Training, Testing, Piloting, and Support through enterprise roll-out.
KPI SET UP
Key measurement activities are initiated early in the implementation process to baseline current results to ensure the proper measurement of KPIs post implementation.

Senior business activities include monthly executive steering meetings and quarterly business reviews.

Monitor adoption by measuring client health through KPIs. Our Customer Success teams goal is to reinforce the value of our Fresh Retail Platform to key stakeholders continuously, through regular communication, as well as formal QBRs with senior executives.
